Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of equipment from SAKANiTech. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Package Ordering and Modifications Order Placement: By placing an order on the SAKANiTech website, the customer selects a rental package and specifies the duration and delivery time. Order Modifications: Orders can be modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Any modifications requested within 24 hours of the delivery time may incur additional fees.
3. Payment Terms Payment Methods: SAKANiTech accepts credit cards, direct bank transfers, and cash. The preferred payment method is credit card. Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of order confirmation unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are available free of charge for orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one week of rental. Refunds will be processed by SAKANiTech within 14 working days from the cancellation date. SAKANiTech is not responsible for any delays resulting from banking systems or third-party payment processors. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis and are calculated from the day of cancellation.
4. Delivery and Setup Delivery: SAKANiTech will deliver and set up the equipment at the specified location during the agreed-upon time slot. If SAKANiTech cannot gain access to the premises or complete the installation, a re-visit fee equivalent to the setup fee will apply for another visit by our team. Customer Cooperation: The customer must ensure that access is provided to the premises for timely delivery and setup.
5. Customer Responsibility (Equipment Condition) The customer is responsible for keeping the rented equipment in the same condition as received. If the equipment is tampered with, broken, or malfunctions, the customer will be charged a fee equal to one month of rental. The customer must immediately report any malfunction or issue with the equipment to SAKANiTech. If troubleshooting is required, the customer must provide access to the SAKANiTech team to visit the site.
6. Customer Responsibility (Failure to Return Equipment) If the customer does not facilitate the collection of the rented equipment within 5 working days after the end of the rental period, SAKANiTech reserves the right to charge the customer’s credit card AED 1,000 for non-return.
7. Privacy Policy SAKANiTech is committed to protecting customer privacy and handles all personal data with full responsibility and in accordance with applicable laws. We ensure that your information is collected, stored, and used securely. Personal data will only be used for processing orders, managing rentals, and providing customer support. SAKANiTech will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Limitation of Liability SAKANiTech’s liability is limited to the rental cost paid by the customer. In no event shall SAKANiTech be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment.
11. Termination SAKANiTech reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the customer violates these Terms and Conditions or fails to comply with the payment terms. In such cases, the rented equipment must be returned immediately, and any outstanding fees will be charged.
